NORDIC MINING ASA

Nordic Mining is based in Norway, focusing on high-end industrial metals and minerals. The company was founded in 2006 after a de-merger from Rocksource. Nordic Mining seeks to identify and verify strategic mineral and metal deposits for mining and production. The company owns 68% of Keliber OY which have one of the largest deposits of lithium in Europe. Gudvangen Stein was acquired in May 2007 and produces minerals from its own deposit of anorthosite. The Engebø rutile (TiO₂) deposit, also aquired in 2007, is one of the largest proven mineral resources in Norway. In addition Nordic Mining has economic interests in 4 gold concessions in Ecuador as well as pre-claims for tungsten, molybdenum and thorium.
